/naprática grows out of Vivian Sampaio’s experience — 26+ years working in accounting and law — and out of a sentence that comes up again and again in conversations with business owners: “explain this in a way I can actually understand.”

VMAHUB, founded in 2022, turns that listening into integrated consultative advisory. In this hub, accounting, tax law and management show up as practical decisions to make, not as theory to memorize.

Why “in practice”

There’s no shortage of information online about taxes and obligations. What’s missing is context. A tax regime isn’t right or wrong in the abstract — it is either suitable, or not, for the revenue, margin and current moment of a specific business.

That’s why every piece of content here starts from a concrete question we hear day to day in our advisory work, and ends where the reader can take the next step: what to check, what to decide, when to call in a specialist.

Technical authority isn’t about using the difficult word. It’s about helping the reader understand enough not to make the wrong decision.

What you’ll find

/naprática is organized around three areas that speak to each other:

• Taxation without the scare — regimes, obligations and legislative changes translated into their real impact on cash flow.

This isn’t a news blog. It’s a consultative library: content written to last, revised when the law changes, and designed to be found at the exact moment the question comes up.
